Carden Arbor View School Communications

Carden Arbor View School delivers information to parents and others about school activities and events in many ways. In addition to this web site, here is a listing of the other primary communication vehicles:

Bi-Weekly Bulletins - "The Call of the Cougar" which is nicknamed simply "The Cougar" is packed with information and announcements and is sent in the mail at the end of the month. The web site also makes electronic versions of The Cougar.

School Newsletters - Throughout the year the CAVS Newsletter is mailed to each Carden Family. The intent of this newsletter is to recognize parents who have participated in recent school events and report on future school activities.

Headmaster's Special Bulletins - On occasion it is important for all parent to learn about some very important school program or a school issue in a timely manner. This type of communication is addressed in ěHeadmasterís Special Bulletinî and may be sent home on any school day.

Board Meetings - The Board of Trustees holds regular school meetings that are open to all interested parties. These meetings will be scheduled for the last Wednesday of each month. If there is a charge, parents will be notified by a special bulletin sent to each family. Approved minutes of the meetings of the Board of Trustees will be available in the office.
