Hip Hop Classes Are Starting!
Friday, January 6, 2012!
Michelle Perry, Dance Instructor, will be offering Hip Hop dance classes after school beginning Friday, January 6 through February 17th from 3:10-4:10 pm for grade levels K-4.
Dance classes for 5th- 8th grade will start the week of April 16 and end the week of May 21st.
The cost for 6 week sessions is $60 ($10 per class). Please make checks payable to Michelle Perry. Sign up in the front office. For more information, contact Mrs. Filpi at the front office.

Cross Country Continues, Archery and Basketball Begins!
After school Cross Country will continue on Tuesdays only at 3:15 pm for students in grades 1st-8th. Sign up sheets are available in the front office for new students.
Archery Classes begin the week of January 10th for students in 4th-8th grades. Classes will be held on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 3:15 pm. Please sign up in the front office.
5th-8th Grade Boys & Girls Basketball will continue on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 3:15-4:30 pm.

An Evening with Dr. Georgina Lamphere
"The Adolescent Brain"

7:00 - 8:30 p.m. in the Carden Library
Dr. Georgina Lamphere will bring her knowledge and professional expertise to talk about the "The Adolescent Brain". The teenage brain is a work in progress. During her presentation, Dr. Lamphere will review the changes that occur in the brain during development, and how the adolescent personality changes before the natural decline in grey matter and pruning of neural connections begins. Dr. Lamphere will discuss parenting strategies and provide a question and answer period. Please mark your calendars for this informative presentation.

Maura Graber of RSVP Institute Etiquette Classes will begin a series of six classes on Mondays beginning January 9 - February 27. If you're interested in your child attending etiquette classes , sign up sheets are vailable in the front office. The fee is $60.00 for six classes. Classes are open for grades K thru 8.
