Carden Arbor View School is proud of its faculty and staff. They are knowledgeable professionals, diverse in their experiences and backgrounds, and dedicated to helping students attain a love of learning and an appreciation of self and others via the Carden philosophy. Selected from among the finest in the country, they are the main reason that Carden Arbor View School enjoys its excellent reputation.
Teachers at Carden Arbor View School are dedicated to the Carden teaching method. Every year all our teachers attend in-depth instructional training provided by the Carden Education Foundation. They also participate in supplemental Carden training on in-service days throughout the school year.
Our Head of School is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the school. The Head of School is also responsible for hiring the faculty and administrative staff.

Board of Trustees
Carden Arbor View School has an active Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees is the school's fiduciary and the guardian of the mission statement.
