Uniforms

Rather than having a set uniform, Carden Arbor View School offers its students a uniform wardrobe from which they may choose a variety of outfits. Additionally, the first and last Friday of each month is "standard dress" day. On these days, students may wear non-uniform clothing so long as it conforms to the standards laid out in the student handbook.

The office at Carden Arbor View School has a supply of Dennis Uniform and Lands' End catalogs. You may purchase items from Dennis at 1-800-854-6591 and 714-637-8928 or you can visit the Dennis store at 22825 Savi Ranch Parkway in Yorba Linda, California, or you can order from Dennis Uniform over the web at www.dennisuniform.com. If you purchase over the web, you need to have ready our school code: AN00AK.

Lands' End uniform items can be ordered over the phone from Lands' End at 1-800-469-2222. Click here to outfit your children with uniforms from Lands’ End School online catalog.

The school appreciates your donating outgrown uniform items to the school. Bring your outgrown uniforms to the CAVS office any time during the year so that they may be included in our uniform resale event. The school holds a uniform resale event on campus about three times a year. All families are encouraged to save money outfitting their children by purchasing uniform items at these resale events.

Any purchase you make from Lands' End through their School catalog will earn a 3% rebate for Carden Arbor View School when you give them the school preference number 9000-2547-9 when ordering. You may also request that the Carden Arbor View School logo be embroidered on sweaters or polo shirts ordered from Lands' End. Our logo number is 9724113K.

Please Note: All articles of Carden Arbor View School's uniform wardrobe may be purchased only through Dennis Uniform Company, Lands' End with the exception of socks, shoes, and hair accessories.

DIRECTIONS TO STORE: Take the 91 Freeway to the Yorba Linda Blvd./Weir Canyon Exit. Take Yorba Linda Blvd. North (toward the city of Yorba Linda). Go under the freeway and pass Taco Bell. Immediately take Savi Ranch Parkway to the right. Pass Mirage Street. Costco is on your left. Continue approximately two blocks and turn into the driveway on your left at Savi Ranch Café.

Dress Uniforms

Girls' dress uniforms consist of any Christopher plaid item (jumper, skirt, or skort) from Dennis Uniform and a long or short sleeve Peter Pan collar shirt from Dennis Uniform.

Boys' dress uniforms consist of khaki twill or corduroy shorts or pants from Dennis Uniform or Lands' End and white oxford short or long sleeve shirts from Dennis Uniform.

Both boys' and girls' shoes must be white, brown, navy, or black only, and socks must be white, tan (boys only), navy, or evergreen. Boys in grades 1-8 are required to wear belts from Dennis Uniform or Lands' End as specified below.

Dress uniforms are:

• Required every Monday and are optional Tuesday through Friday
• Required for field trips unless otherwise stated on permission slip
• Required on special days - the school will provide advance notification
