Child Care
CAVS provides child care services to enrolled students before school beginning at 6:30 a.m. and after school until 6:30 p.m.
We offer a variety of payment plans and rates to accommodate the needs of our families. For more information on payment options, please review the child care fees section on our tuition & fees page.

Any student dropped off prior to 7:30 a.m. or picked up after 3:15 p.m. MUST AND WILL BE signed into Child Care and billed for any applicable fees.

Students MUST leave campus with a parent/guardian or authorized adult.
Authorization can be written or verbally communicated to CAVS staff. Students may leave campus alone ONLY with written permission from a parent/guardian.

Students MUST be signed out of Child Care by an adult.
CAVS staff is not permitted to sign children out of Child Care. However, students not signed in to Child Care by an adult will be signed in by CAVS staff. Students on campus during Child Care hours are required to sign in to Child Care and MAY NOT “hang out” anywhere on or off campus.

There is no charge for child care if the parent is engaged in Parent Participation Program volunteer work or has a required meeting with staff.
Children left to be supervised by Child Care staff will be charged even if the parent is on campus but not involved in a school-specific task. Parents socializing on campus must keep their children with them at all times to avoid child care charges.
