The best way for you to get to know us is to visit our campus, where you will meet our amazing teachers and students. We offer tours year-round that accommodate your schedule! Carden Arbor View School offers enrollment to families throughout the year if space is available in the desired class.

Families applying for enrollment for kindergarten through fifth grades: Carden Arbor View School processes online Enrollment Applications and Financial Aid Applications through FACTS, a third-party agency for schools. Follow the links below to create an account, submit the application fee, and submit an application. 

Families applying for enrollment for sixth, seventh, or eighth grades: Please schedule an appointment with our Head of School before submitting an application. The student and at least one parent will meet with the Head of School. Please bring the student's most recent report card, including the attendance record, and, if applicable, discipline report. Please contact our office at 909-982-9919 to schedule an appointment. 

If you are interested in joining our kindergarten program

Students applying for our kindergarten program are required to attend a developmental assessment with our kindergarten teachers. More information will be shared about our kindergarten assessment on your tour. The small group assessment dates are scheduled for February and March of the school year before admission. If space remains, private assessments may be scheduled throughout the year. First - Eighth Grade Classroom Visitations

As a part of the admissions process, we would like all prospective students in the first through fifth grades to spend a day or two on campus for a classroom visitation. Visiting students will participate in classroom activities, meet teachers, and interact with future classmates. All prospective Middle School students (sixth through eighth grade) will be invited to visit for two days after meeting with the Head of School. This is an opportunity for school personnel, prospective students, and their families to gather additional information to make an informed decision regarding enrollment at Carden Arbor View School. Visitations will be scheduled on a date that is determined to be mutually convenient for the family and the teachers.

Once the admission process is complete, the school will make a determination about admission and communicate with parents the status of their child's admission via email.
