Save the date! Both an actual and virtual good time, this event features a three-day Silent Auction and Raffle.

Last year the support of our community and sponsors helped the school to raise over $85,000 from our auction and raffle. We were overwhelmed by the generous support we received, especially during the highly confusing early days of the pandemic. We are grateful and awed by our community’s generosity.

Now, we need your help. You can make this event even better by becoming a sponsor or offering a donation of goods or services to our auction. There are also a small number of advertising opportunities available. Your contribution makes our community even stronger.

ADVERTISING AND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Are you looking to grow your business? Do you want more people in our community to know about you? Let us help. Advertise or take advantage of one of our sponsorship opportunities during Spring Benefit 2021.

SPRING FLING - $2,000 – 1⁄2 page advertisement on our website, GiveSmart auction pages, social media, Logo and link on Facebook. 10 second commercial during event. Plus receive goodies and a bottle of wine to enjoy during the auction closing on May 15, 2021.

SPRING HAS SPRUNG - $1,000 – 1⁄4 page advertisement on our website, GiveSmart auction pages, social media, logo and link on Facebook. Plus receive a nice basket of snacks and chocolates to enjoy during the auction closing on May 15 , 2021.

BUSINESS CARD ADVERTISEMENT - $75.00 - advertisements can be seen in front of our families and outside community members. Your business card size ad will appear on the GiveSmart bidding auction site, the Carden Arbor View School website, social media and in our digital communications that support the event.

Advertising and sponsorship opportunities must be reserved by April 30th, 2021.

DONATION OF GOODS AND SERVICES - Donating items to the auction is a great way to promote your business. Every contribution adds to the Spring Benefit fun and makes our community stronger!

Auction items must be delivered to Aster West by April 30th, 2021.

The auction will begin May 13th, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. and end May 15th, 2021 at 9:00 p.m.

The auction offers a wide range of items, from CAVS's favorite school opportunities-such as Sleep-In for a Week & Ditch Day, to airplane joyrides and golf packages. You will also find specialty classes, personal services, and a plethora of other curious, unusual, and interesting items.
