The Board of Trustees is the school’s fiduciary and the governing body of Carden Arbor View. It is not involved in day-to-day management, but ensures the school stays true to its mission.

How the Board Works
Governance & Service
The Board hires, supports, and evaluates the Head of School, and governs by strict bylaws. Board meetings are open — guests are welcome and encouraged to attend; confidential matters are handled in executive session.
Trustees commit roughly ten hours a month to meetings, committee work, and preparation. A term is three years, renewable once. All trustees participate in the Arbor View Annual Fund and other fundraisers, and are nominated based on expertise, leadership, and commitment to the school’s mission.
