Returned check: $25.00 for the first occurrence; $35.00 for each subsequent returned check or bank transaction.

Middle school technology fee: an annual $500 fee for all middle school students funds our one-to-one device program. In the technological world our children are entering, a personal device is essential. Each middle school student receives a personal device, all digital textbooks needed for specific classes, and all associated licensing, support, and maintenance. At the end of their middle school term, the device is theirs to keep, so they are ready for the technological demands of high school.

Sibling Discount

We understand the financial commitment enrollment entails. To support our families, we offer a sibling tuition discount of $500 per additional child.

Carden Arbor View School appreciates the level of commitment tuition poses for families that entrust us to help raise their children into successful and caring adults. The funds we use are limited, so CAVS is committed to a fair and mission-appropriate approach that protects tuition from rising too quickly by focusing on families with a true financial need.

Financial Assistance applications for the 2026–27 school year are accepted beginning December 1, 2025. The Board of Trustees asks families to submit their application and tax documentation by March 15, 2026.

FACTS Grant & Aid

We partner with FACTS Grant & Aid to provide an easy and affordable way to apply for financial aid. A $45 application fee per family is collected upon submission. Applicants are encouraged to apply by January 31, 2026 for priority consideration, and all tax documentation must be submitted by April 15, 2026.
